## 30-day money-back. No scavenger hunt.

If ZeroMark is not useful, tell us within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that payment in full.

### How it works

- **Window:** 30 days from the first successful paid charge on your subscription (monthly or yearly).

- **What we refund:** that first paid period, in full. Trial time is free and is not a charge.

- **How to ask:** Write [hello@mail.zeromark.io](mailto:hello@mail.zeromark.io). Include the email on your account so we can find the invoice.

- **Timing:** refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.

### After a refund

Paid access ends when the refund is issued. Your library stays until you ask us to delete it under the [privacy policy](https://www.zeromark.io/privacy).

### Charge disputes

Please contact us before opening a card dispute. Most cases are a mistaken renewal or a forgotten cancel, and we can fix those faster than a chargeback.
