## Terms of use.

Plain-language rules for using ZeroMark. By using the product you agree to them.

### The service

ZeroMark is a web app that helps you triage bookmarks (today, mainly from X). It is operated by Tellurave LLC. Features change as we ship. Access is via a free trial and paid subscription.

### Accounts and access

- You need a working email you control. Keep your login details private.

- A free trial is one per email. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription unless we grant you another path.

- Connecting X is optional for browsing empty UI, and required to sync your real saves. That connection is read-only on X.

### Subscriptions and billing

- Paid plans are billed by [Stripe](https://stripe.com). Prices are listed on [Pricing](https://www.zeromark.io/pricing).

- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the billing portal; you keep access through the period already paid.

- Refunds follow the [refund policy](https://www.zeromark.io/refunds).

- Taxes may apply where [Stripe Tax](https://stripe.com/tax) is enabled for your location.

### Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to break into it, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it for a competing product, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other people.

### Your content

You keep ownership of your bookmarks, notes, and the material you sync. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content only to run ZeroMark for you (including classification, summaries, and chat). Details live in the [privacy policy](https://www.zeromark.io/privacy).

### Disclaimer

The service is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, perfect summaries, or that every save will be classified the way you would. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond what we can restore from our own backups.

### Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the bottom is the signal. Material changes will be called out on this page; continued use after that date means you accept the update.
