Privacy

What we collect. Why it stays yours.

ZeroMark is inbox zero for bookmarks. This page explains what we store, where it lives, and what we do not do with it.

Who operates this

ZeroMark is operated by Tellurave LLC.

What we collect

• If you sign up: the email address you submit, which page you signed up from, and when you confirmed it. Nothing else until you connect an account.
• If you connect : your email address, the access tokens that let us read your bookmarks (encrypted at rest), the bookmarks and likes you sync or import, any notes you write, and your triage and digest history. If you sign in with and it shares the verified email on your account, we use that as your account email for the Monday email and reminders; you can change it in Settings.
• If you subscribe: billing is handled by Stripe. We store their customer and subscription identifiers, status, and the paid-through date so we know whether access should stay open. We do not store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Session cookie: one signed, HttpOnly cookie so you stay signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics that follow you off the site.

What we can and cannot touch on

Read-only. The connection can pull your bookmarks and likes; it cannot post, follow, message, or change anything on your account. You can revoke it from your settings at any time, and ask us to delete what we already hold.

Where it lives

On managed cloud infrastructure, in an access-controlled database reachable only by the app, encrypted in transit. Trial and digest email goes out through a third-party email provider. Payments go through Stripe.

How AI is used

Once you connect an account, the text of your saves is sent to a third-party AI provider so it can be classified, summarized, and answered against in chat. Every tenth line of your taste journal, the sentences you wrote there go to the same provider so it can name the reasons that repeat. That runs on a tier where your content is not used to train anyone's model. A signup email on its own is never sent to an AI provider.

Your Chat conversations are kept in our database so a thread survives a reload and a follow-up the next morning still knows the night before. "Start fresh" under the composer clears the thread; your export includes it; deleting your account removes it.

If you turn on "Remember my conversations" in Settings, the questions you ask in Chat and the thoughts you write on your notes are also kept with a third-party memory provider, on terms that do not use your content to train anyone's model, so Chat can remember earlier conversations. It is off until you turn it on. Turning it off pauses it; "Forget what Chat remembers" and deleting your account remove what was kept.

Two small decisions are made by a third-party typed-decision provider on the same no-training terms: what a text you send to your library means (a link, a question, a decision about a save, or a hello), and whether two of your notes argue the same idea before we consider merging them. To read a short reply like "done", the first check is also told how long ago you last texted, how many saves our last reply listed and the handle of the first one; it never sees a post's text or an answer's. That second check reads note titles and short excerpts only, never the thoughts you wrote.

If you text your library a voice note, the audio goes to the same third-party AI provider to be written out as text, on the same no-training terms. We keep the words as part of your text thread and never store the recording. If you text us on WhatsApp, your messages reach us through WhatsApp's business service. If you have texted us before, we may text you first when a save you snoozed comes back or your podcast is ready, at most once a day; reply "nudges off" and we stop.

Assistants you connect

You can connect an AI assistant you already use, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Perplexity, to your library from Settings, with a key you make or by approving it on a ZeroMark page. The Living Memory connector guide has the steps. A connected assistant can only read. The point of that reading is your taste in : the saves you kept, the ones you let go, and your Living Memory notes and thoughts. It can also search saves still open, open one, and see its stage. It cannot change, decide or delete anything, here or on . What it reads goes to that assistant's company, under its terms, and nowhere else; ZeroMark sends nothing to anyone on its behalf. For each request we keep which tool was used, when, how many saves came back and whether it worked, never what was asked. Keys are stored only as a one-way hash. Revoke a key or disconnect an app in Settings and it is cut off at once.

What we do not do

• If you make a taste match link in Settings, anyone who opens it while signed in sees how your taste compares with theirs: a match percent and the fields and voices you lean toward, worked out from your keep and let-go decisions. They never see your saves, except a post they saved too. Turning the link off retires every copy you sent.
• If you make your taste portrait public in the Taste tab, anyone with the link sees the painting, your portrait's type and your counts (likes, saves, kept, decided). Never a single save, and never the accounts you read. The page is kept out of search. Making it private again stops the link at once. A signed-in reader who opens it can paint the two of you side by side with a taste match percent.
• A portrait's traits can say what share of readers share each one. That share is counted across every reader with a portrait, from the same counts that paint each portrait, and it is only shown once at least 25 readers are counted, so it can never point to one person.
• If you order a framed print of your portrait, the payment processor takes your payment and your shipping address, and our print partner receives your name, that address, your email for delivery updates, and the painting itself (never your saves) so it can print, frame and ship it. The print file is kept with the order.
• If you ask the Taste tab to check whether your taste skill works, ZeroMark sends the text of 20 of your recent decided saves, your taste skill as it stood before them, and a sample of your liked posts to a third-party AI provider, one post at a time, to guess what you decided. Your own decisions grade the guesses. The scores are kept on your account; nothing about them is shown to anyone unless you share them.
• We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We do not put other people's addresses on your email, and we do not batch sends via CC or BCC.
• What the Mirror learns about your reading stays yours. It is never pooled across people.
• Submitting your email alone does not connect your account. App access starts after you confirm, or subscribe.

Contact and deletion

Ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it goes, including your saves, your notes, and your tokens. Billing history may remain with the payment processor as required for accounting. Email [email protected]. Ask a question or request deletion that way.
