What we collect. Why it stays yours.

ZeroMark is inbox zero for X bookmarks. This page explains what we store, where it lives, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: the email address you submit, which page you joined from, and when you confirmed it. Nothing else.
If you connect X: your email address, the access tokens that let us read your bookmarks (encrypted at rest), the bookmarks and likes you sync or import, any notes you write, and your triage and digest history.
Session cookie: one signed, HttpOnly cookie so you stay signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics that follow you off the site.

What we can and cannot touch on X

Read-only. The connection can pull your bookmarks and likes; it cannot post, follow, message, or change anything on your account. You can revoke it from your X settings at any time, and ask us to delete what we already hold.

Where it lives

On managed cloud infrastructure, in an access-controlled database reachable only by the app, encrypted in transit. Waitlist and digest email goes out through a third-party email provider.

How AI is used

Once you connect an account, the text of your saves is sent to a third-party AI provider so it can be classified, summarized, and answered against in chat. That runs on a tier where your content is not used to train anyone's model. A waitlist email on its own is never sent to an AI provider.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We do not put other people's addresses on your email, and we do not batch sends via CC or BCC.
What the Mirror learns about your reading stays yours. It is never pooled across people.
Joining the waitlist does not grant app access and does not connect your X account.

Contact and deletion

Ask us to delete your account and everything tied to it goes, including your saves, your notes, and your tokens. Email [email protected] to ask a question or request deletion.
