Is ZeroMark a Readless alternative?

Not really, and we would not sell it as one. Readless is for the newsletters that arrive; ZeroMark is for the bookmarks you saved. If both piles are yours, the two sit side by side.

Does ZeroMark send a summary email?

There is an optional Monday email that says what cleared and what is still waiting. The product is the queue, though: the email reports on your decisions, it does not replace them.
