Leaving Tweetsmash? A digest shows the pile. A queue empties it.

Tweetsmash imports bookmarks, digests them, chats with them, and exports to Notion, Sheets and Zotero, with an API, webhooks and MCP on the yearly plan. Their FAQ says the API sync is the most recent 800, and the extension imports full history, including libraries they describe as 150k and up. If you open the digest and still never act, a cheaper digest is the same job.

Stay if you want the export pipe, several accounts, or MCP. Look elsewhere if the digest arrives and the pile is the same size afterwards. ZeroMark is the option whose main screen is a count that can reach zero. It has no API and no Zotero sync.

We make ZeroMark. Prices and features below are from each vendor's own site, checked 17 October 2026, and linked in Sources.

What they do better

Tweetsmash has the deepest export pipe in this lane, MCP and webhooks, more than one account on the yearly plan, a full-history extension import, a 7-day trial mentioned in their metadata, and a $198 lifetime. If those are the requirements, an alternative that lacks them is not a replacement. Their Reader Pass is $7 a month billed as $84 a year. The Yearly Pass is $99. An export pass is $49 once.

Where ZeroMark is different

ZeroMark asks you to decide each save, and the open count is allowed to hit zero. The Monday email is optional. It reports what you already decided. It is not the product. $39 a year is under both of Tweetsmash's annual passes.

Where ZeroMark falls short

No API, no MCP, no webhooks, no Zotero, no Sheets sync, no multi-account plan, and no lifetime price. only. We do not claim a 150k import.

Switching

  1. Keep Tweetsmash's Notion export, or buy the $49 export pass, so the archive is yours.
  2. Connect ZeroMark read-only and clear the latest saves free.
  3. Notion pushes from keeps here go to your own database. They do not replace Tweetsmash's Zotero pipe.
